Orders are shipped from our international logistics centres depending on product availability.

Do you ship internationally?
No, we currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Will I receive a tracking number?

My tracking is not updating — what should I do?

Can I modify my order after placing it?
Yes, you can request changes within 12 hours after placing your order, before it is processed.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours after purchase. After this time, the order may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.
