Once an order has been shipped or handed over to Royal Mail, it cannot be cancelled.
After shipment, customers must follow our Return & Refund Policy
3. Standard Cancellation Window
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of the time it was placed.
This cancellation is only possible if the order has not yet been processed or packed.

If the order is already shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
4. When Cancellation Is Possible (Before Shipment)
Cancellation is usually possible when:
- The order status is “processing.”
- Payment has been received, but the order is not dispatched.
- Our team has not yet handed the parcel to Royal Mail
If these conditions are met:
- We will cancel your order
- A cancellation confirmation email will be sent
- Refund processing will begin immediately
5. When Cancellation Is NOT Possible (After Shipment)
Once your order has been:
- Shipped
- Dispatched
- Given a tracking number
- Handed over to Royal Mail
Then cancellation is no longer possible.
In this situation:
- You must wait for delivery
- Then request a return within 30 days
- We will issue a refund under our Return & Refund Policy

6. How to Request a Cancellation (Step-by-Step)

Delivered Orders

9. Partial Cancellations
If your order contains multiple items, you may request cancellation of one or more items only if:

- The rest of the order remains unaffected

10. Address Change Instead of Cancellation
If you entered the wrong address, you have two options

- Must be within the first 12 hours
- The order must not be shipped
- We will update the address for you
Option 2 – Cancel & Reorder
If the address error is major or the order cannot be corrected:
- You may cancel (if still eligible)
- Place a new order with the correct address
Once shipped, address changes are not possible.
11. Cancellation by UK SHOES (Our Right)

- Payment fails or cannot be verified
- Fraud or suspicious activity is detected
- The product is unavailable or out of stock
- Pricing errors occur
- The delivery address is invalid
If we cancel your order:
